The aim of this research is to study the Syrian Cotton types:Raqqa ٥, Deir
ez Zor ٢٢, Aleppo ٣٣-١,Aleppo ٤٠, Aleppo ٩٠, by determining the contents of
α - cellulose, β - cellulose ,γ – cellulose, polymerization degree (P) and the ash
ratio.
