Sera- Investigation For Brucella Abortus Infection in Cattle Using Competitive ELISA Test

Abstract in English

The search has been performed on blood samples from cows with different ages and various multi-productive purposes from a number of farms to detect sera-prevalence percentage of brucella abortus infection in cows using Competitive Enzyme Linked Immune Sorbent Assay. The test results have shown general serum spread by the percentage 5882%. The rate of antibodies of serum spread in the cows in different farms under study have been between 0.00% and 16.66%.
