Contribution to the Determination of the Yeasts Spreaded on Some Syrian Fruits


Abstract in English

Since the beginning of the twentieth century, researchers have isolated and dentified spreaded and adapted yeasts to variow environmental conditions and the types of the mediums in which they graw. The industrial features of the isolated genera, especially those used in the food processing and the stability of their genetic characteristics were studied. Yeasts in medical and industrial fields were also improved.
