This study aims to know if it is possible to apply some of the
techniques of the lean manufacturing systems in some investmental
projects which are under studying in the Alswaida governorate, and
there are:
Rayan Plast Company.
The Carpet Factory.
The Shoes Factory.
Syrian Arab Company For Grape Processing - Al-Rayan –
Syrian Jordanian Company For Industry (Wall To Wall Carpet
Factory).
In addition to know the effect of applying some of the techniques of
these systems all together, in reducing the waste these projects.
