The role of change management in the success of the introduction of information technology in public banks Commercial Bank of Syria (A Case Study)


Abstract in English

This Research aims to study the role of change management in the success of the introduction of information technology in the public banks through the case study of the Commercial Bank of Syria،to achieve this goal; a questionnaire was used as a tool in gathering the necessary data. The questionnaire was distributed to the sample of the study; 341 questionnaires were distributed on the employees in commercial bank of Syria and the questionnaires which returned were 340، then there were 15 questionnaires refused. SPSS (22) was used in analyzing the data and testing the hypothesis. The research found that the - A positive relationship and statistically significant between the changing methods of communication between management and employees and the success of the introduction of information technology in the Commercial Bank of Syria. - A positive relationship and statistically significant between the، between training and the success of the introduction of information technology in the Commercial Bank of Syria. - A positive relationship and statistically significant between the stimulus and the success of the introduction of information technology in the Commercial Bank of Syria.
