Abstract in English
The effectiveness of the bacterial plaque adjacent orthodontic
brackets which bonded with fluoride releasing resin-based
composite was studied to evaluate the ability of this bonding
material in the control of caries process.
128 orthodontic brackets were bonded on 128 second premolars in
32 patients by using conventional composite in one group and
fluoride releasing resin-based composite in other group using the
split-mouth technique.
