This study aimed to identify The level of open mindedness and
closed mindedness among a sample of students from Al-Baath
University, and to discover the differences between the
participants in open mindedness and closed mindedness
according to each of the variables: sex, specialization, and the
school year, The study has done on 200 students from Al-
Baath University, and the researcher used the balanced
dogmatism scale of preparation Ray (Ray, 1970).
