Abstract in English
The protein p53 is the guardian of the cell gene contents from changes, and the
gene that produces it is called Tumor Suppressor Gene which mutates in 50% of Squamous cell
carcinoma’s cases producing defective protein .Studies have not detailed the expression ratio of the
defective protein Within the cancer cells, also studies have less details about the cases which did not show
a mutated protein.
