During the past decade the educational process has been developed, new ideas, theories and methodologies has been founded in area of teaching and learning, emphasizing on the best type of education through experience and building learner desire and motive to search for information and different information resources. The School library had to develop to go with the new developments and educational theories and get the benefits of using the new technology that came to the educational institutes very fast which resulted the creation the idea of education resource center which this research is handling in term or resources, skills and services.
