The Foundations of Family Stability Under Islamic Law (Gardianship And Maintenance as Amodel)- An analytical comparative study

No doubt, rights of the family members, have been regulated by Islam, but some scholars discussed the topic from different view point to the inherents of Islamic teachings that led him to odd results. So we discussed here two of the important topics, that is, maintenance and guardianship within the following points: Who is responsible, the legal reasoning that reflects the need instincts of human being. we also made some references to secular laws, decisions of conferences held for woman, and the status of the family in western countries.
