Surgical Management of Nasal Septum Perforation by thin Cartilaginous Grafts with Opposite Mucous Flaps


Abstract in English

Surgical management of septum perforation considers challenge for surgeons ,as a lot of them hesitate before doing these operations because the high rate falling of previous traditional surgeries for nasal septum perforation . This study aims to evaluate modern surgical technique using an implant of thin ( mashed) cartilaginous piece coverd by two opposite mucous pericondrial flaps in both sides in order to close the septum perforation .
