Background& Objective: Evaluation of the clinical and laboratory efficiency of the utilization of noninvasive ventilation (NIV) in the treatment of respiratory complications in tetraplegic patients. Patients: Eight patients with tetraplegia du spinal cord injuries between C3 and C7 and a level between A and C on ASIA score, who were treated by non-invasive ventilation during the period between 01/10/2009 and 30/04/2010.
