Background& Objective: The success of implants is based on the quantity and height of the alveolar bone which reduce in the patients with chronic periodontitis.The purpose of this study was: to estimate the success of short implants activated by plasma rich in growth factors in the posterior areas of bone resorption following chronic periodontitis and radiographic study of the crestal bone height.
