This research aims to identify thinking concept and its skills, to know the evolution of this thinking from birth to thirteen years old, and the role of teacher in teaching the children thinking skills , and to present success elements of education process and descriptive analytical method for this , which dependson study included 45 items distributed on three axes,equally in order to find out the role of teachers in the development of thinking skills of the first episode students and study given to 122 teachers selected from schools in Damascus area randomly selected depending on their experience, and qualifications.
