This research aimed to know the degree of virtual learning efficiency from the point of view of the faculty members (the program of education qualification diploma as a model). To reach this goal we prepared a questionnaire consisting of 37 items and divided into six parts, in addition to one open question. This questionnaire was applied on a sample of 8 members from the faculty members of the Faculty of Education, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average score degrees of the faculty members due to the number of experience years in favor of the faculty members who have 20 years of experience or more. Also, the results showed that there are significant differences between the average score degrees of the faculty members due to gender and numbers of experience years in favor of male faculty members who have less than 20 years of experience
