A summary is given of the experimental and theoretical results presented in the working group on spin physics. New data on inclusive and semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering, combined with theoretical studies of the polarized distribution functions of nucleons, were presented. Many talks addressed the relatively new subjects of transversity distributions and generalized parton distributions. These distributions can be studied by measuring single spin asymmetries, while partonic intrinsic motion and models of new spin dependent distribution and fragmentation functions are needed to obtain the corresponding theoretical description. These subjects are not only studied in deep-inelastic lepton scattering, but also in polarized proton-proton collisions at RHIC. A selection of results that have been obtained in these experiments together with several associated theoretical ideas are presented in this paper. In conclusion, a brief sketch is given of the prospects for experimental and theoretical studies of the spin structure of the nucleon in the coming years.

Report of the Higgs working group for the Workshop Physics at TeV Colliders, Les Houches, France 8-18 June 1999. It contains 6 separate sections: 1. Measuring Higgs boson couplings at the LHC. 2. Higgs boson production at hadron colliders at NLO. 3. Signatures of Heavy Charged Higgs Bosons at the LHC. 4. Light stop effects and Higgs boson searches at the LHC. 5. Double Higgs production at TeV Colliders in the MSSM. 6. Programs and Tools for Higgs Bosons.

We review theoretical and phenomenological aspects of heavy flavour production as discussed in the heavy flavour working group of the DIS 2012. Recent theoretical progress includes approximate NNLO calculations for heavy quark structure functions in deep inelastic scattering, the extension of the ACOT heavy flavour scheme to jet production, and advances in top physics where the highlight is clearly the first complete NNLO QCD prediction for top pair production in the $q bar{q}$ annihilation channel. Furthermore, state of the art phenomenological predictions for open charm and bottom, charmonium, and single top and top pair production are discussed in addition to other topics such as the effect of double parton scattering on heavy quark production. New measurements on charm and beauty production presented in the heavy flavor working group are summarized and discussed in comparison with QCD predictions. Top quark strong and weak couplings as well as top quark properties are being measured with precision at the LHC and the Tevatron. We summarize also recent results on spectroscopy of charmonia, bottomonia and $b$-hadrons, along with studies of their decays and properties. Searches for physics beyond Standard Model through precise measurements of rare decays of heavy flavours are discussed as well.
In this summary of the considerations of the QCD working group at Snowmass 2001, the roles of quantum chromodynamics in the Standard Model and in the search for new physics are reviewed, with empahsis on frontier areas in the field. We discuss the importance of, and prospects for, precision QCD in perturbative and lattice calculations. We describe new ideas in the analysis of parton distribution functions and jet structure, and review progress in small-$x$ and in polarization.
