We study the decay width and CP-asymmetry of the inclusive process b--> s g g (g denotes gluon) in the three and two Higgs doublet models with complex Yukawa couplings. We analyse the dependencies of the differential decay width and CP-asymmetry to the s- quark energy E_s and CP violating parameter theta. We observe that there exist a considerable enhancement in the decay width and CP asymmetry is at the order of 10^{-2}. Further, it is possible to predict the sign of C_7^{eff} using the CP asymmetry.

We study the decay width and CP asymmetry of the inclusive process b--> s g (g denotes gluon) in the multi Higgs doublet models with complex Yukawa couplings, including next to leading QCD corrections. We analyse the dependencies of the decay width and CP asymmetry on the scale mu and CP violating parameter theta. We observe that there exist an enhancement in the decay width and CP asymmetry is at the order of 10^{-2}.
Recently we presented the upgrade of our code BSMPT for the calculation of the electroweak phase transition (EWPT) to BSMPT v2 which now includes the computation of the baryon asymmetry of the universe (BAU) in the CP-violating 2-Higgs-Doublet Model (C2HDM). In this paper we use {tt BSMPT v2} to investigate the size of the BAU that is obtained in the C2HDM with the two implemented approaches FH and VIA to derive the transport equations, by taking into account all relevant theoretical and experimental constraints. We identify similarities and differences in the results computed with the two methods. In particular, we analyse the dependence of the obtained BAU on the parameters relevant for successful baryogenesis. Our investigations allow us to pinpoint future directions for improvements both in the computation of the BAU and in possible avenues taken for model building.

We study the Two-Higgs-Doublet Model with the aligned Yukawa sector (A2HDM) in light of the observed excess measured in the muon anomalous magnetic moment. We take into account the existing theoretical and experimental constraints with up-to-date values and demonstrate that a phenomenologically interesting region of parameter space exists. With a detailed parameter scan, we show a much larger region of viable parameter space in this model beyond the limiting case Type X 2HDM as obtained before. It features the existence of light scalar states with masses $3$ GeV $lesssim m_H^{} lesssim 50$ GeV, or $ 10$ GeV $lesssim m_A^{} lesssim 130$ GeV, with enhanced couplings to tau leptons. The charged Higgs boson is typically heavier, with $200$ GeV $ lesssim m^{}_{H^+} lesssim 630$ GeV. The surviving parameter space is forced into the CP-conserving limit by EDM constraints. Some Standard Model observables may be significantly modified, including a possible new decay mode of the SM-like Higgs boson to four taus. We comment on future measurements and direct searches for those effects at the LHC as tests of the model.
In this article, we have considered an extension of the inert Higgs doublet model with $SU(2)_L$ singlet vector like fermions. Our model is capable of addressing some interesting anomalous results in $bto sell^+ell^-$ decays (like $R(K^{(*)})$) and in muon $(g-2)$. Apart from explaining these anomalies, and being consistent with other flavour data, the model satisfies relevant constraints in the dark matter sector, while remaining within the reach of ongoing direct detection experiments. The model also produces signatures at the large hadron collider (LHC) with final states comprised of dilepton, dijet and missing energy, providing signals to be probed at higher luminosity.
Data from the Muon g-2 experiment and measurements of the fine structure constant suggest that the anomalous magnetic moments of the muon and electron are at odds with standard model expectations. We survey the ability of axion-like-particles, two-Higgs-doublet models and leptoquarks to explain the discrepancies. We find that accounting for other constraints, all scenarios except the Type-I, Type-II and Type-Y two-Higgs-doublet models fit the data well.
