The B^0 -> D^*-a_1^+ branching fraction has been measured with data collected by the BABAR experiment in 1999 and 2000 corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 20.6 fb^-1. Signal events have been selected using a partial reconstruction technique, in which only the a_1^+ and the slow pion (pi_s) from the D^*- decay are identified. A signal yield of 18400 +/- 1200 events has been found, corresponding to a preliminary branching fraction of (1.20 +/- 0.07(stat) +/- 0.14 (syst))%.

A measurement of four branching-fraction ratios for three-body decays of $B$ mesons involving two open-charm hadrons in the final state is presented. Run 1 and Run 2 $pp$ collision data are used, recorded by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies $7$, $8$, and $13$ TeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $9$ fb$^{-1}$. The measured branching-fraction ratios are [ begin{eqnarray} frac{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*+}D^-K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^+to kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em D}{}^0 D^0 K^+)} &=& 0.517 pm 0.015 pm 0.013 pm 0.011 , frac{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*-}D^+K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^+to kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em D}{}^0 D^0 K^+)} &=& 0.577 pm 0.016 pm 0.013 pm 0.013 , frac{mathcal{B} (B^0to D^{*-}D^0K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^0to D^- D^0 K^+)} &=& 1.754 pm 0.028 pm 0.016 pm 0.035 , frac{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*+}D^-K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*-}D^+K^+)} &=& 0.907 pm 0.033 pm 0.014 ,end{eqnarray} ] where the first of the uncertainties is statistical, the second systematic, and the third is due to the uncertainties on the $D$-meson branching fractions. These are the most accurate measurements of these ratios to date.
Using $2.92$ fb$^{-1}$ of electron-positron annihilation data collected at $sqrt{s} = 3.773$~GeV with the BESIII detector, we report the results of a search for the flavor-changing neutral current process $D^0togammagamma$ using a double-tag technique. We find no signal and set an upper limit at $90%$ confidence level for the branching fraction of $B(D^0togammagamma) < 3.8times10^{-6}$. We also investigate $D^0$-meson decay into two neutral pions, obtaining a branching fraction of $B(D^0topi^0pi^0) = (8.24pm0.21(text{stat.})pm0.30(text{syst.}))times10^{-4}$, the most precise measurement to date and consistent with the current world average
The decay of the narrow resonance $overline{B}{}_{s2}^{*0}!rightarrow B^- K^+$ can be used to determine the $B^-$ momentum in partially reconstructed decays without any assumptions on the decay products of the $B^-$ meson. This technique is employed for the first time to distinguish contributions from $D^0$, $D^{*0}$, and higher-mass charmed states ($D^{**0}$) in semileptonic $B^-$ decays by using the missing-mass distribution. The measurement is performed using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb${}^{-1}$ collected with the LHCb detector in $pp$ collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV. The resulting branching fractions relative to the inclusive $B^- !rightarrow D^0 X mu^- overline{ u}_mu$ are $f_{D^0} = mathcal{B}( B^- rightarrow D^0mu^-overline{ u}_mu )/mathcal{B}( B^- rightarrow D^0 X mu^- overline{ u}_mu ) = 0.25 pm 0.06$, $f_{D^{**0}} = mathcal{B}( B^- rightarrow ( D^{**0} rightarrow D^0 X)mu^-overline{ u}_mu )/mathcal{B}( B^- rightarrow D^0 X mu^- overline{ u}_mu ) = 0.21 pm 0.07$, with $f_{D^{*0}} = 1 - f_{D^0} - f_{D^{**0}}$ making up the remainder.
We present a first measurement of the $bar{B^{0}} rightarrow D^{*+} ell^{-} u_{ell}$ branching fraction using fully reconstructed $B$ meson decays employing the Full Event Interpretation algorithm. Collision events corresponding to an integrated luminosity of lumi are analyzed, which were recorded by the Belle~II detector operated at the SuperKEKB accelerator complex. We measure$cal{B}(bar{B^{0}} rightarrow D^{*+} ell^{-} u_{ell}) =4.51 pm 0.41_{stat}pm0.27_{syst} pm0.45_{pi_s}$, with the first and second error denoting the statistical and systematic uncertainty, respectively, and the third dominant uncertainty is from the slow pion reconstruction efficiency.
We report a measurement of the branching fraction of the decay $B rightarrow D^{(*)}pi ell u$. The analysis uses 772$times 10^6$ $Bbar{B}$ pairs produced in $e^+e^-rightarrow Upsilon(4S)$ data recorded by the Belle experiment at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+e^-$ collider. The tagging $B$ meson in the decay is fully reconstructed in a hadronic decay mode. On the signal side, we reconstruct the decay $B rightarrow D^{(*)}pi ell u$ $(ell=e,mu)$. The measured branching fractions are $mathcal{B}(B^+ rightarrow D^-pi^+ ell^+ u)$ = [4.55 $pm$ 0.27 (stat.) $pm$ 0.39 (syst.)]$times 10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(B^0 rightarrow bar{D}^0pi^- ell^+ u)$ = [4.05 $pm$ 0.36 (stat.) $pm$ 0.41 (syst.)]$times 10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(B^+ rightarrow D^{*-}pi^+ ell^+ u)$ = [6.03 $pm$ 0.43 (stat.) $pm$ 0.38 (syst.)]$times 10^{-3}$, and $mathcal{B}(B^0 rightarrow bar{D}^{*0}pi^- ell^+ u)$ = [6.46 $pm$ 0.53 (stat.) $pm$ 0.52 (syst.)]$times 10^{-3}$. These are in good agreement with the current world average values.
