The production of charmonium associated with Higgs boson via gluon fusion has been investigated in Ref.[Phys.Rev.D66,114002(2002)], in which they considered the contribution of final Higgs boson radiation off the charm quark at tree level and found that this process is to be far too rare to be observable in any of the considered experiments. In this paper, the production of prompt $J/psi$ associated with Higgs boson via gluon fusion at the 14 TeV LHC within the factorization formalism of NRQCD is revisited. After considering the contribution from the final Higgs boson radiation off the top quark in the loop, which is {more than} three orders of magnitudes over the charm quark at tree level, the production of prompt $J/psi$ associated with Higgs boson has great potential to be detected. The prompt $J/psi$ production includes the direct production and indirect production via radiative or hadronic decays of high excited charmonium states. For the direct $J/psi + H$ production via gluon fusion loop-induced, the ${}^{3}S^{(8)}_1$ Fock state gives dominant contribution to the cross section, which is about 95% to the total direct production. The indirect contribution via loop-induced is appreciable, since the summation of which from $psi(2S) + H$, $chi_{c1} + H$ and $chi_{c2} + H$ is about $34%$ to the total cross section of prompt $J/psi + H$. While the indirect contribution from $chi_{c0} + H$ is tiny, which can be neglected. With the great potential to be detected, prompt $J/psi$ production in associated with Higgs boson can help us to further understand the mechanism of colour-octet, as well as can be useful to further investigate the coupling of the Higgs boson and fermion.

In our work: 0903.2612, we calculate the production rate of single top-Higgs boson in the TC2 model which is a modified version of the original top-technicolor model. The similar process was discussed in arXiv:hep-ph/9905347v2. The TC2 model, as we discussed in the introduction part remedies some shortcomings and loophole of the old version. The top-Higgs in the TC2 model is a mixture of the top-Higgs of the toptechnicolor model and that of the ETC model, thus a parameter $epsilon$ is introduced to denote the mixture. Moreover, we vary the mass range of the top-Higgs within 300 to 800 GeV while in arXiv:hep-ph/9905347v2, the mass range was taken as 200 to 400 GeV. In the work, our numerical results show that the production rate of single top-Higgs in the TC2 model is very close to that in the toptecnicolor model within the mass range of 200 to 400 GeV. This manifests that change from the original toptechnicolor model to the new TC2 version does not much affect the production rate of the top-Higgs even though the two top-Higgs in the two models are different. Beyond the 400 GeV, even the TC2 model predicts a negligible production rate at LHC. Since the phenomenological change is indeed not obvious, there is not much new to report. Even though the two models are somehow different, we believe that the result is not worth publishing. Therefore we decide to withdraw our manuscript.

In this work, we investigate the prompt $J/psi$ production in associated with top quark pair to leading order in the nonrelativistic QCD factorization formalism at the LHC with $sqrt{s} =13$ TeV. In addition to the contribution from direct $J/psi$ production, we also include the indirect contribution from the directly produced heavier charmmonia $chi_{cJ}$ and $psi^prime$. We present the numerical results for the total and differential cross sections and find that the $sideset{^3}{^{(8)}_1}{mathop{{S}}}$ states give the dominant contributions. The prompt $tbar t J/psi$ signatures at the LHC are analyzed in the tetralepton channel $ppto (tto W^+(ell^+ u)b) (bar t to W^-(ell^- bar u)bar b) (J/psitomu^+mu^-)$ and trilepton channel $ppto (tto W(q q^prime)b) ( t to W(ell u) b) (J/psitomu^+mu^-)$, with the $J/psi$ mesons decaying into muon pair, and the top quarks decaying leptonically or hadronically. We find that $tbar t J/psi$ proudction can be potentially detected at the LHC, whose measurement is useful to test the heavy quarkonium production mechanism.
We analyse the associated production of Higgs and $Z$ boson via heavy-quark loops at the LHC in the Standard Model and beyond. We first review the main features of the Born $2to 2$ production, and in particular discuss the high-energy behaviour, angular distributions and $Z$ boson polarisation. We then consider the effects of extra QCD radiation as described by the $2 to 3$ loop matrix elements, and find that they dominate at high Higgs transverse momentum. We show how merged samples of 0-- and 1--jet multiplicities, matched to a parton shower can provide a reliable description of differential distributions in $ZH$ production. In addition to the Standard Model study, results in a generic two-Higgs-doublet-model are obtained and presented for a set of representative and experimentally viable benchmarks for $Zh^0$, $ZH^0$ and $ZA^0$ production. We observe that various interesting features appear either due to the resonant enhancement of the cross-section or to interference patterns between resonant and non-resonant contributions.
We analyze soft and collinear gluon resummation effects at the N$^3$LL level for Standard Model Higgs boson production via gluon fusion $ggto H$ and the neutral scalar and pseudoscalar Higgs bosons of the minimal supersymmetric extension at the N$^3$LL and NNLL level, respectively. We introduce refinements in the treatment of quark mass effects and subleading collinear gluon effects within the resummation. Soft and collinear gluon resummation effects amount to up to about 5% beyond the fixed-order results for scalar and pseudoscalar Higgs boson production.
In these proceedings, we present results for Higgs production at the LHC via gluon fusion with triple real emission corrections and the validity range of the heavy-top effective theory approximation for this process. For a general CP-violating Higgs boson, we show that bottom-quark loop corrections in combination with large values of $tan beta $ significantly distort differential distributions.
