In this paper, $C^{0}$ finite determination of $Gamma-$equivariant bifurcation problems in the relative case from the weighted point view is being discussed . Some criteria on the $C^{0}$ finite determination of $Gamma-$equi-variant bifurcation problems in the relative case are then obtained in terms of an analytic-geometric non-degeneracy condition, which generalize the result on the $C^{0}$ finite determination of bifurcation problems given by P.B.Percell and P.N.Brown.

We study the effect of the meson cloud dressing in the octet baryon to decuplet baryon electromagnetic transitions. Combining the valence quark contributions from the covariant spectator quark model with those of the meson cloud estimated based on the flavor SU(3) cloudy bag model, we calculate the transition magnetic form factors at $Q^2=0$ ($Q^2=-q^2$ and $q$ the four-momentum transfer), and also the decuplet baryon electromagnetic decay widths. The result for the $gamma^ast Lambda to Sigma^{ast 0}$ decay width is in complete agreement with the data, while that for the $gamma^ast Sigma^+ to Sigma^{ast +}$ is underestimated the data by 1.4 standard deviations. This achievement may be regarded as a significant advance in the present theoretical situation.
We present the first spectroscopic studies of the $C ^1Sigma^+$ electronic state and the $A ^1Sigma^+$ - $b ^3Pi_{0^+}$ complex in $^7$Li - $^{85}$Rb. Using resonantly-enhanced, two-photon ionization, we observed $v = 7$, 9, 12, 13 and $26-44$ of the $C ^1Sigma^+$ state. We augment the REMPI data with a form of depletion spectra in regions of dense spectral lines. The $A ^1Sigma^+$ - $b ^3Pi_{0^+}$ complex was observed with depletion spectroscopy, depleting to vibrational levels $v=0 rightarrow 29$ of the $A ^1Sigma^+$ state and $v=8 rightarrow 18$ of the $b ^3Pi_{0^+}$ state. For all three series, we determine the term energy and vibrational constants. Finally, we outline several possible future projects based on the data presented here.
Differential cross sections for $K^-$ radiative capture in flight on the proton, leading to the $gammaLambda$ and $gammaSigma^0$ final states, have been measured at eight $K^-$ momenta between 514 and 750 MeV/$c$. The data were obtained with the Crystal Ball multiphoton spectrometer installed at the separated $K/pi$ beam line C6 of the BNL Alternating Gradient Synchrotron. The results substantially improve the existing experimental data available for studying radiative decays of excited hyperon states. An exploratory theoretical analysis is performed within the Regge-plus-resonance approach. According to this analysis, the $gammaSigma^0$ final state is dominated by hyperonresonance exchange and hints at an important role for a resonance in the mass region of 1700 MeV. In the $gammaLambda$ final state, on the other hand, the resonant contributions account for only half the strength, and the data suggest the importance of a resonance in the mass region of 1550 MeV.
This work measured $dsigma/dOmega$ for neutral kaon photoproduction reactions from threshold up to a c.m. energy of 1855MeV, focussing specifically on the $gamma prightarrow K^0Sigma^+$, $gamma nrightarrow K^0Lambda$, and $gamma nrightarrow K^0 Sigma^0$ reactions. Our results for $gamma nrightarrow K^0 Sigma^0$ are the first-ever measurements for that reaction. These data will provide insight into the properties of $N^*$ resonances and, in particular, will lead to an improved knowledge about those states that couple only weakly to the $pi N$ channel. Integrated cross sections were extracted by fitting the differential cross sections for each reaction as a series of Legendre polynomials and our results are compared with prior experimental results and theoretical predictions.

We study the $gamma^ast Lambda to Sigma^0$ transition form factors by applying the covariant spectator quark model. Using the parametrization for the baryon core wave functions as well as for the pion cloud dressing obtained in a previous work, we calculate the dependence on the momentum transfer squared, $Q^2$, of the electromagnetic transition form factors. The magnetic form factor is dominated by the valence quark contributions. The final result for the transition magnetic moment, a combination of the quark core and pion cloud effects, turns out to give a value very close to the data. The pion cloud contribution, although small, pulls the final result towards the experimental value The final result, $mu_{LambdaSigma^0}= -1.486 mu_N$, is about one and a half standard deviations from the central value in PDG, $mu_{LambdaSigma^0}= -1.61 pm 0.08 mu_N$. Thus, a modest improvement in the statistics of the experiment would permit the confirmation or rejection of the present result. It is also predicted that small but nonzero values for the electric form factor in the finite $Q^2$ region, as a consequence of the pion cloud dressing.
