In this paper we prove that any local automorphism on the solvable Leibniz algebras with null-filiform and naturally graded non-Lie filiform nilradicals, whose dimension of complementary space is maximal is an automorphism. Furthermore, the same problem concerning 2-local automorphisms of such algebras is investigated and we obtain the analogously results for 2-local automorphisms.

We show that any local derivation on the solvable Leibniz algebras with model or abelian nilradicals, whose the dimension of complementary space is maximal is a derivation. We show that solvable Leibniz algebras with abelian nilradicals, which have 1-dimension complementary space, admit local derivations which are not derivations. Moreover, similar problem concerning 1-local derivations of such algebras are investigated and an example of solvable Leibniz algebra given such that any 2-local derivation on it is a derivation, but which admit local derivations which are not derivations.
We show that in the class of solvable Lie algebras there exist algebras which admit local derivations which are not ordinary derivation and also algebras for which every local derivation is a derivation. We found necessary and sufficient conditions under which any local derivation of solvable Lie algebras with abelian nilradical and one-dimensional complementary space is a derivation. Moreover, we prove that every local derivation on a finite-dimensional solvable Lie algebra with model nilradical and maximal dimension of complementary space is a derivation.
In this paper the description of solvable Lie algebras with triangular nilradicals is extended to Leibniz algebras. It is proven that the matrices of the left and right operators on elements of Leibniz algebra have upper triangular forms. We establish that solvable Leibniz algebra of a maximal possible dimension with a given triangular nilradical is a Lie algebra. Furthermore, solvable Leibniz algebras with triangular nilradicals of low dimensions are classified.
A classification exists for Lie algebras whose nilradical is the triangular Lie algebra $T(n)$. We extend this result to a classification of all solvable Leibniz algebras with nilradical $T(n)$. As an example we show the complete classification of all Leibniz algebras whose nilradical is $T(4)$.
We extend the classification of solvable Lie algebras with abelian nilradicals to classify solvable Leibniz algebras which are one dimensional extensions of an abelian nilradicals.
