Following the approach of Ding and Frenkel [Comm. Math. Phys. 156 (1993), 277-300] for type $A$, we showed in our previous work [J. Math. Phys. 61 (2020), 031701, 41 pages] that the Gauss decomposition of the generator matrix in the $R$-matrix presentation of the quantum affine algebra yields the Drinfeld generators in all classical types. Complete details for type $C$ were given therein, while the present paper deals with types $B$ and $D$. The arguments for all classical types are quite similar so we mostly concentrate on necessary additional details specific to the underlying orthogonal Lie algebras.
An explicit isomorphism between the $R$-matrix and Drinfeld presentations of the quantum affine algebra in type $A$ was given by Ding and I. Frenkel (1993). We show that this result can be extended to types $B$, $C$ and $D$ and give a detailed construction for type $C$ in this paper. In all classical types the Gauss decomposition of the generator matrix in the $R$-matrix presentation yields the Drinfeld generators. To prove that the resulting map is an isomorphism we follow the work of E. Frenkel and Mukhin (2002) in type $A$ and employ the universal $R$-matrix to construct the inverse map. A key role in our construction is played by a homomorphism theorem which relates the quantum affine algebra of rank $n-1$ in the $R$-matrix presentation with a subalgebra of the corresponding algebra of rank $n$ of the same type.
Drinfeld realisations are constructed for the quantum affine superalgebras of the series ${rmmathfrak{osp}}(1|2n)^{(1)}$,${rmmathfrak{sl}}(1|2n)^{(2)}$ and ${rmmathfrak{osp}}(2|2n)^{(2)}$. By using the realisations, we develop vertex operator representations and classify the finite dimensional irreducible representations for these quantum affine superalgebras.
For $mathfrak g$ a Kac-Moody algebra of affine type, we show that there is an $text{Aut}, mathcal O$-equivariant identification between $text{Fun},text{Op}_{mathfrak g}(D)$, the algebra of functions on the space of ${mathfrak g}$-opers on the disc, and $Wsubset pi_0$, the intersection of kernels of screenings inside a vacuum Fock module $pi_0$. This kernel $W$ is generated by two states: a conformal vector, and a state $delta_{-1}left|0right>$. We show that the latter endows $pi_0$ with a canonical notion of translation $T^{text{(aff)}}$, and use it to define the densities in $pi_0$ of integrals of motion of classical Conformal Affine Toda field theory. The $text{Aut},mathcal O$-action defines a bundle $Pi$ over $mathbb P^1$ with fibre $pi_0$. We show that the product bundles $Pi otimes Omega^j$, where $Omega^j$ are tensor powers of the canonical bundle, come endowed with a one-parameter family of holomorphic connections, $ abla^{text{(aff)}} - alpha T^{text{(aff)}}$, $alphain mathbb C$. The integrals of motion of Conformal Affine Toda define global sections $[mathbf v_j dt^{j+1} ] in H^1(mathbb P^1, Piotimes Omega^j, abla^{text{(aff)}})$ of the de Rham cohomology of $ abla^{mathrm{(aff)}}$. Any choice of ${mathfrak g}$-Miura oper $chi$ gives a connection $ abla^{mathrm{(aff)}}_chi$ on $Omega^j$. Using coinvariants, we define a map $mathsf F_chi$ from sections of $Pi otimes Omega^j$ to sections of $Omega^j$. We show that $mathsf F_chi abla^{text{(aff)}} = abla^{text{(aff)}}_chi mathsf F_chi$, so that $mathsf F_chi$ descends to a well-defined map of cohomologies. Under this map, the classes $[mathbf v_j dt^{j+1} ]$ are sent to the classes in $H^1(mathbb P^1, Omega^j, abla^{text{(aff)}}_chi)$ defined by the ${mathfrak g}$-oper underlying $chi$.
In this thesis we give obstructions for Drinfeld twist deformation quantization on several classes of symplectic manifolds. Motivated from this quantization procedure, we further construct a noncommutative Cartan calculus on any braided commutative algebra, as well as an equivariant Levi-Civita covariant derivative for any non-degenerate equivariant metric. This generalizes and unifies the Cartan calculus on a smooth manifold and the Cartan calculus on twist star product algebras. We prove that the Drinfeld functor leads to equivalence classes in braided commutative geometry and commutes with submanifold algebra projection.
We determine explicit quantum seeds for classes of quantized matrix algebras. Furthermore, we obtain results on centers and block diagonal forms {of these algebras.} In the case where $q$ is {an arbitrary} root of unity, this further determines the degrees.
