We propose a method to probe the coupling of the Higgs to strange quarks by tagging strange jets at future lepton colliders. For this purpose we describe a jet-flavor observable, $J_F$, that is correlated with the flavor of the quark associated with the hard part of the jet. Using this variable, we set up a strangeness tagger aimed at studying the decay $hto sbar{s}$. We determine the sensitivity of our method to the strange Yukawa coupling, and find it to be of the order of the standard-model expectation.

We investigate Higgs boson pair production at hadron colliders for Higgs boson masses m_Hleq 140 GeV and rare decay of one of the two Higgs bosons. While in the Standard Model the number of events is quite low at the LHC, a first, albeit not very precise, measurement of the Higgs self-coupling is possible in the gg -> HH -> bbar{b}gammagamma channel. A luminosity-upgraded LHC could improve this measurement considerably. A 200 TeV VLHC could make a measurement of the Higgs self-coupling competitive with a next-generation linear collider. In the MSSM we find a significant region with observable Higgs pair production in the small tanbeta regime, where resonant production of two light Higgs bosons might be the only hint at the LHC of an MSSM Higgs sector.
The $h(125)$ boson, discovered only in 2012, is lower than the top quark in mass, hence $t to ch$ search commenced immediately thereafter, with current limits at the per mille level and improving. As the $t to ch$ rate vanishes with the $h$-$H$ mixing angle $cosgamma to 0$, we briefly review the collider probes of the top changing $tcH/tcA$ coupling $rho_{tc}$ of the exotic $CP$-even/odd Higgs bosons $H/A$. Together with an extra top conserving $ttH/ttA$ coupling $rho_{tt}$, one has an enhanced $cbH^+$ coupling alongside the familiar $tbH^+$ coupling, where $H^+$ is the charged Higgs boson. The main processes we advocate are $cg to tH/A to ttbar c,; ttbar t$ (same-sign top and triple-top), and $cg to bH^+ to btbar b$. We also discuss some related processes such as $cg to thh$, $tZH$ that depend on $cosgamma$ being nonzero, comment briefly on $gg to H/A to tbar t, tbar c$ resonant production, and touch upon the $rho_{tu}$ coupling.
In this article we investigate the prospects of searching for sterile neutrinos in lowscale seesaw scenarios via the lepton flavour violating (but lepton number conserving) dilepton dijet signature. In our study, we focus on the final state $e^pm mu^mp jj$ at the HL-LHC and the FCC-hh (or the SppC). We perform a multivariate analysis at the detector level including the dominant SM backgrounds from di-top, di-boson, and tri-boson. Under the assumption of the active-sterile neutrino mixings $|V_{ l N}|^2=|theta_e|^2=|theta_mu|^2$ and $|V_{ tau N}|^2 = |theta_tau|^2=0$, the sensitivities on the signal production cross section times branching ratio $sigma(p p to l^pm N)times {rm BR} (N to l^{ mp} jj)$ and on $|V_{ l N}|^2$ for sterile neutrino mass $M_N$ between 200 and 1000 GeV are derived. For the benchmark $M_N=500$ GeV, when ignoring systematic uncertainties at the HL-LHC (FCC-hh/SppC) with 3 (20) ${rm ab}^{-1}$ luminosity, the resulting 2-$sigma$ limits on $|V_{ l N}|^2$ are $4.9times 10^{-3}$ ($7.0times 10^{-5}$), while the 2 -$sigma$ limit on $sigma times {rm BR}$ are $4.4times10^{-2}$ ($1.6times10^{-2}$) fb, respectively. The effect of the systematic uncertainty is also studied and found to be important for sterile neutrinos with smaller masses. We also comment on searches with $tau^pm mu^mp jj$ and $tau^pm e^mp jj$ final states.
The signature produced by the Standard Model Higgs boson in the Vector Boson Fusion (VBF) mechanism is usually pinpointed by requiring two well separated hadronic jets, one of which (at least) of them tends to be in the forward direction. With the increase of instantaneous luminosity at the LHC, the isolation of the Higgs boson produced with the VBF mechanism is rendered more challenging. In this paper the feasibility of single jet tagging is explored in a high-luminosity scenario. It is demonstrated that the separation in rapidity between the tagging jet and the Higgs boson can be effectively used to isolate the VBF signal. This variable is robust from the experimental and QCD stand points. Single jet tagging allows us to probe the spin-CP quantum numbers of the Higgs boson.
We consider a scenario where light bino is the next-to-lightest supersymmetric particle (NLSP) and gravitino/axino is the lightest superysmmetric particle (LSP). For a bino mass less than or around hundred GeV, it can be pair produced at the future lepton colliders through $t-$channel slepton exchange, subsequently decaying into a gravitino/axino plus a photon. We study the prospects to look for such binos at the future colliders and find that a bino mass around 100 GeV can be probed at the $2sigma$ ($5sigma$) level for a slepton below 2 TeV (1.5 TeV) with a luminosity 3 $ab^{-1}$. For a bino mass around 10 GeV, a slepton mass less than 4 TeV (3 TeV) can be probed at the $2sigma$ ($5sigma$) level, which is much beyond the reach of the LHC for direct slepton searches.
