Inclusive c and b-jet tagging algorithms have been developed to utilize the excellent secondary vertex reconstruction and resolution capabilities of the LHCb detector. The validation and performance of these tagging algorithms are reported using the full run 1 LHCb dataset at 7 and 8 TeV. Jet-tagging has been applied to muon+jet final states to measure both the W+c,b-jet charge asymmetries and the ratios of W+c,b-jet to W+jet and W+jet to Z+jet production. The forward top production cross-section is also measured using the muon+b-jet final. All results are found to be consistent with standard model predictions.

The production of $toverline{t}$, $W+boverline{b}$ and $W+coverline{c}$ is studied in the forward region of proton-proton collisions collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.98 $pm$ 0.02 $mbox{fb}^{-1}$. The $W$ bosons are reconstructed in the decays $Wrightarrowell u$, where $ell$ denotes muon or electron, while the $b$ and $c$ quarks are reconstructed as jets. All measured cross-sections are in agreement with next-to-leading-order Standard Model predictions.

We quantify the constraints on the flavour separation between the quarks and antiquarks in the proton provided by the recent forward weak gauge boson production data from the LHCb experiment at $sqrt{s}=7$ and 8 TeV. Performed in the framework of the NNPDF3.1 global analysis, this study highlights the key role that the LHCb W and Z data have in achieving a robust quark flavour separation in the large-x region, including the strange and charm quarks. We demonstrate how the LHCb measurements lead to improved determinations of the the up and down quark PDFs in the region $xge 0.1$, with an uncertainty reduction that can be as large as a factor 2. We also show how the LHCb forward measurements severely restrict the size of the fitted charm PDF at large x, imposing stringent constraints on non-perturbative models for the charm content of the nucleon.
Using the data sample of 711 fb$^{-1}$ of $Upsilon(4S)$ on-resonance data taken by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy electron-positron collider, we present the first measurements of branching fractions of the decays $B^{-} to bar{Lambda}_{c}^{-} Xi_{c}^{0}$, $B^{-} to bar{Lambda}_{c}^{-} Xi_{c}(2645)^{0}$, and $B^{-} to bar{Lambda}_{c}^{-} Xi_{c}(2790)^{0} $. The signal yields for these decays are extracted from the recoil mass spectrum of the system recoiling against $bar{Lambda}_{c}^{-}$ baryons in selected $B^-$ candidates. The branching fraction of $B^{-} to bar{Lambda}_{c}^{-} Xi_{c}(2790)^{0}$ is measured to be $ (1.1 pm 0.4 pm 0.2)times 10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The 90% credibility level upper limits on ${cal B}(B^{-} to bar{Lambda}_{c}^{-} Xi_{c}^{0})$ and ${cal B}(B^{-} to bar{Lambda}_{c}^{-} Xi_{c}(2645)^{0})$ are determined to be $6.5times 10^{-4}$ and $7.9times 10^{-4}$, respectively.

We discuss the latest results from jet fragmentation and jet substructure measurements performed with the ALICE experiment in proton-proton and heavy-ion collisions in a wide range of jet transverse momentum. The jet production cross sections and cross section ratios for different jet resolution parameters will be shown in a wide range of $p_{textrm{T}}$. Results will be compared to next-to-leading order pQCD calculations.

B mesons provide an ideal laboratory for measurements of CP violation and searches for CP violation beyond the Standard Model. Recent measurements of the mixing phases of the $B_s^0$ and $B^0$ mesons, $phi_s$ and $sin2beta$, using decays to $J/psi X$ final states are presented. In view of future improved measurements, a good understanding of pollution from sub-leading penguin topologies in these decays is needed. Those can be probed using suppressed decays like $B_s^0 to J/psi K_S^0$ and $B_s^0 to J/psi overline{K}^{*0}$. Recent results using these decay modes are presented.
