We present the fortran code SusyBSG version 1.1, which computes the branching ratio for the decay B -> Xs gamma in the MSSM with Minimal Flavor Violation. The computation takes into account all the available NLO contributions, including the complete supersymmetric QCD corrections to the Wilson coefficients of the magnetic and chromomagnetic operators.

We present a MSSM study of the b -> s gamma decay in a Minimal Flavor Violating (MFV) framework, where the form of the soft SUSY breaking terms is determined by the Standard Model Yukawa couplings. In particular, we address the role of gluino contributions, which are set to zero in most studies of the MFV MSSM. Gluino contributions can play an important role in the MFV MSSM whenever mu * tan(beta) is large. In fact, similarly to chargino contributions, gluino contributions are tan(beta) enhanced and can easily dominate charged Higgs contributions for large values of tan(beta). Even though each of the separate contributions to b -> s gamma can be sizeable by itself, surprisingly no absolute lower bound can be placed on any of the relevant SUSY masses, since patterns of partial cancellations among the three competing contributions (Higgs, chargino and gluino) can occur throughout the MSSM parameter space.
We explore realizations of minimal flavor violation (MFV) for leptons in the simplest seesaw models where the neutrino mass generation mechanism is driven by new fermion singlets (type I) or triplets (type III) and by a scalar triplet (type II). We also discuss similarities and differences of the MFV implementation among the three scenarios. To study the phenomenological implications, we consider a number of effective dimension-six operators that are purely leptonic or couple leptons to the standard-model gauge and Higgs bosons and evaluate constraints on the scale of MFV associated with these operators from the latest experimental information. Specifically, we employ the most recent measurements of neutrino mixing parameters as well as the currently available data on flavor-violating radiative and three-body decays of charged leptons, mu -> e conversion in nuclei, the anomalous magnetic moments of charged leptons, and their electric dipole moments. The most stringent lower-limit on the MFV scale comes from the present experimental bound on mu -> e gamma and can reach 500 TeV or higher, depending on the details of the seesaw scheme. With our numerical results, we illustrate some important differences among the seesaw types. In particular, we show that in types I and III there are features which can bring about potentially remarkable effects which do not occur in type II. In addition, we comment on how one of the new effective operators can induce flavor-changing dilepton decays of the Higgs boson, which may be probed in upcoming searches at the LHC.

We study the flavor changing neutral current decays of the MSSM Higgs bosons into strange and bottom quarks. We focus on a scenario of minimum flavor violation here, namely only that induced by the CKM matrix. Taking into account constraint from $bto s gamma$, $deltarho$ as well as experimental constraints on the MSSM spectrum, we show that the branching ratio of $(Phito bbar{s})$ and $(Phi to bar{b}s)$ combined, for $Phi$ being either one of the CP even Higgs states, can reach the order $10^{-4}$-$10^{-3}$ for large $tanbeta$, large $mu$, and large $A_t$. The result illustrates the significance of minimal flavor violation scenario which can induce competitive branching fraction for flavor changing Higgs decays. This can be compared with the previous studies where similar branching fraction has been reported, but with additional sources of flavor violations in squark mass matrices. We also discuss some basic features of the flavor violating decays in the generic case.
We study the phenomenology of a unified supersymmetric theory with a flavor symmetry $Delta(27)$. The model accommodates quark and lepton masses, mixing angles and CP phases. In this model, the Dirac and Majorana mass matrices have a unified texture zero structure in the $(1,1)$ entry that leads to the Gatto-Sartori-Tonin relation between the Cabibbo angle and ratios of the masses in the quark sectors, and to a natural departure from zero of the $theta_{13}^ell$ angle in the lepton sector. We derive the flavor structures of the trilinears and soft mass matrices, and show their general non-universality. This causes large flavor violating effects. As a consequence, the parameter space for this model is constrained, allowing it to be (dis)proven by flavor violation searches in the next decade. Although the results are model specific, we compare them to previous studies to show similar flavour effects (and associated constraints) are expected in general in supersymmetric flavor models, and may be used to distinguish them.
We report on an extensive analysis of FCNC and CPV effects in SUSY theories. We present results for Delta F=2 and Delta F=1 processes governed by b --> s transitions both in the low and high tanbeta regime, focussing in particular on S_psi_phi, the phase of Bs mixing. We emphasize that while the MFV framework is not suited to explain potentially large effects in S_psi_phi as indicated by recent data from CDF and D0, models with large right-right mass insertions in the 32 sector provide natural frameworks to account for such effects. Exemplarily we consider two SUSY models based on an abelian and a non-abelian flavor symmetry that show representative flavor structures in the soft SUSY breaking terms and stress that the characteristic correlations among the considered observables allow to distinguish between the different models.
