تطوير تصنيف العملاء الخارجيين بناء على تحليل الأطراف المعنية


الملخص بالعربية

قدمت المقالة تصنيفًا جديدًا للمستهلكين. و بالنسبة لإدارة الجودة الحديثة من المهم فهم متطلبات المستهلك. في حالة مشاركة المتعاقدين الخارجيين في عمليات الإنتاج من الضروري تغيير التصنيف الحالي للمستهلكين. يعد هذا التغيير ضروريًا لأن المتعاقد الخارجي لا يمكنه التفاعل مباشرة مع المستهلك بينما يتفاعل المستهلك النهائي مع المنتج. وبالتالي هناك رابط آخر للتفاعل بين العميل والمتعهد الخارجي وهو الشركة المصنعة. وبسبب هذا الارتباط من الممكن أن يتم فقدان متطلبات العميل التي يجب على المتعاقد الخارجي الوفاء بها. ولذلك يمكننا القول أن هناك نوع جديد من المستهلك و هو "العميل المخفي".
