We report on a measurement of the branching fractions for B- --> D(*)+ pi- l- nu-bar and B0bar --> D(*)0 pi+ l- nu-bar with 275 million BBbar events collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at KEKB. Events are tagged by fully reconstructing one of the B mesons in hadronic modes. We obtain Br(B- --> D+ pi- l- nu-bar) = (0.54 +/- 0.07(stat) +/- 0.07(syst) +/- 0.06(BR)) x 10^-2, Br(B- --> D*+ pi- l- nu-bar) = (0.67 +/- 0.11(stat) +/- 0.09(syst) +/- 0.03(BR)) x 10^-2, Br(B0bar --> D0 pi+ l- nu-bar) = (0.33 +/- 0.06(stat) +/- 0.06(syst) +/- 0.03(BR)) x 10^-2, Br(B0bar --> D*0 pi+ l- nu-bar) = (0.65 +/- 0.12(stat) +/- 0.08(syst) +/- 0.05(BR)) x 10^-2, where the third error comes from the error on Bbar --> D(*) l- nu-bar decays. Contributions from B0bar --> D*+ l- nu-bar decays are excluded in the measurement of B0bar --> D0 pi+ l- nu-bar.

We analyse the semileptonic decay D+ -> K- pi+ l+ nu(l) using an effective Lagrangian developed previously to describe the decays D -> P l nu(l) and D -> V l nu(l). Light vector mesons are included in the model which combines the heavy quark effectiv e Lagrangian and chiral perturbation theory approach. The nonresonant and resonant contributions are compared. With no new parameters the model correctly reproduces the measured ratio Gamma(nres)/Gamma(nres + res). We also present useful nonresonant decay distributions. Finally, a similar model, but with a modified current which satisfies the soft pion theorems at the expense of introducing another parameter, is analyzed and the results of the models are compared.
The rare decay K0(L) --> pi0 pi0 nu nu-bar was studied with the E391a detector at the KEK 12-GeV proton synchrotron. Based on 9.4 x 10^9 K0L decays, an upper limit of 8.1 x 10^{-7} was obtained for the branching fraction at 90% confidence level. We a lso set a limit on the K0(L) --> pi0 pi0 X (X --> invisible particles) process; the limit on the branching fraction varied from 7.0 x 10^{-7} to 4.0 x 10^{-5} for the mass of X ranging from 50 MeV/c^2 to 200 MeV/c^2.
The first observation of the decay $bar{B}^0_s to D^0 K^{*0}$ using $pp$ data collected by the LHCb detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36 pb$^{-1}$, is reported. A signal of $34.4 pm 6.8$ events is obtained and the absence of signal is rejected with a statistical significance of more than nine standard deviations. The $bar{B}^0_s to D^0 K^{*0}$ branching fraction is measured relative to that of $bar{B}^0 to D^0 rho^0$: $frac{{cal B}(bar{B}^0_s to D^0 K^{*0})}{{cal B}(bar{B}^0 to D^0 rho^0)} = 1.48 pm 0.34 pm 0.15 pm 0.12$, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third is due to the uncertainty on the ratio of the $B^0$ and $B^0_s$ hadronisation fractions.
Using $e^+e^-$ collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb$^{-1}$ taken at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector, we determine the absolute branching fractions $mathcal{B}(D^+rightarrow K_S^0 K^+)$ = $( 3.02 pm 0.09 pm 0.08)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D^+rightarrow K_S^0 K^+ pi^0)$ = $(5.07 pm 0.19 pm 0.23)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D^+rightarrow K_L^0 K^+)$ = $(3.21 pm 0.11 pm 0.11)times10^{-3}$, and $mathcal{B}(D^+rightarrow K_L^0 K^+ pi^0)$ = $(5.24 pm 0.22 pm 0.22)times10^{-3}$, where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The branching fraction wbrksk is consistent with the world average value and the other three branching fractions are measured for the first time. We also measure the $CP$ asymmetries for the four decays and do not find a significant deviation from zero.
Charm meson oscillations are observed in a time-dependent analysis of the ratio of $D^0to K^+pi^-pi^+pi^-$ to $D^0to K^-pi^+pi^-pi^+$ decay rates, using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3.0,{rm fb}^{-1}$ recorded by the LHCb experim ent. The measurements presented are sensitive to the phase-space averaged ratio of doubly Cabibbo-suppressed to Cabibbo-favoured amplitudes $r_{D}^{K3pi}$ and the product of the coherence factor $R_{D}^{K3pi}$ and a charm mixing parameter $y^{}_{K3pi}$. The constraints measured are $r_{D}^{K3pi}=(5.67 pm 0.12)times10^{-2}$, which is the most precise determination to date, and $R_{D}^{K3pi} cdot y^{}_{K3pi} = (0.3 pm 1.8)times 10^{-3}$, which provides useful input for determinations of the CP-violating phase $gamma$ in $B^pm to D K^pm, D to K^mppi^pmpi^mppi^pm$ decays. The analysis also gives the most precise measurement of the $D^0to K^+pi^-pi^+pi^-$ branching fraction, and the first observation of $D^0-bar D^0$ oscillations in this decay mode, with a significance of 8.2 standard deviations.
