We present the results of charged current quasielastic(CCQE) scattering cross sections from free as well as bound nucleons like in $^{12}C$, $^{16}O$, $^{40}Ar$ and $^{208}Pb$ nuclear targets in $E_ u(_{bar u})~le~ $1 GeV energy region. The results are obtained using local Fermi gas model with and without RPA effect. The differences those may arise in the electron and muon production cross sections due to the different lepton mass, uncertainties in the axial dipole mass $M_A$ and pseudoscalar form factor, and due to the inclusion of second class currents have been highlighted for neutrino/antineutrino induced processes.
The MiniBooNE experiment at Fermilab reports results from an analysis of the combined $ u_e$ and $bar u_e$ appearance data from $6.46 times 10^{20}$ protons on target in neutrino mode and $11.27 times 10^{20}$ protons on target in antineutrino mode.
The MiniBooNE experiment at Fermilab reports results from a search for $bar u_mu rightarrow bar u_e$ oscillations, using a data sample corresponding to $5.66 times 10^{20}$ protons on target. An excess of $20.9 pm 14.0$ events is observed in the en
The MiniBooNE experiment at Fermilab reports results from an analysis of $bar u_e$ appearance data from $11.27 times 10^{20}$ protons on target in antineutrino mode, an increase of approximately a factor of two over the previously reported results.
From an exposure of 25.5~kiloton-years of the Super-Kamiokande detector, 900 muon-like and 983 electron-like single-ring atmospheric neutrino interactions were detected with momentum $p_e > 100$ MeV/$c$, $p_mu > 200$ MeV/$c$, and with visible energy
Results are reported from an improved measurement of $ u_mu rightarrow u_e$ transitions by the NOvA experiment. Using an exposure equivalent to $6.05times10^{20}$ protons-on-target 33 $ u_e$ candidates were observed with a background of $8.2pm0.8$ (
