We perform a global fit of the available polarized Semi-Inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering (SIDIS), polarized pion-induced Drell-Yan (DY) and $W^pm/Z$ boson production data at N$^3$LO and NNLO accuracy of the Transverse Momentum Dependent (TMD) evolution, and extract the Sivers function for $u$, $d$, $s$ and for sea quarks. The Qiu-Sterman function is determined in a model independent way via the operator product expansion from the extracted Sivers function. The analysis is supplemented by additional studies, such as the estimation of applicability region, the impact of the unpolarized distributions uncertainties, the universality of the Sivers functions, positivity constraints, the significance of the sign-change relation, and the comparison with the existing extractions

We perform the global analysis of polarized Semi-Inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering (SIDIS), pion-induced polarized Drell-Yan (DY), and $W^pm/Z$ boson production data and extract the Sivers function for $u$, $d$, $s$ and for sea-quarks. We use the f ramework of transverse momentum dependent factorization at N$^3$LO accuracy. The Qiu-Sterman function is determined in a model-independent way from the extracted Sivers function. We also evaluate the significance of the predicted sign change of Sivers function in DY with respect to SIDIS.
We present the extraction of unpolarized quark transverse momentum dependent parton distribution functions (TMDPDFs) and the non-perturbative part of TMD evolution kernel from the global analysis of Drell-Yan and $Z$-boson production data. The analys is is performed at the next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in perturbative QCD, using the $zeta$-prescription. The estimation of the error-propagation from the experimental uncertainties to non-perturbative function is made by the replica method. The importance of the inclusion of the precise LHC data and its influence on the determination of non-perturbative functions is discussed.
New data on the Sivers azimuthal asymmetry measured in semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering processes have recently been released by the COMPASS Collaboration at CERN. Their increased precision and their particular binning, in terms of $Q^2$ as w ell as $x$, motivates a new extraction of the Sivers function, within the framework of a simple and transparent parametrization. Signals of TMD effects visible in the Sivers asymmetries are critically assessed. A thorough study of the uncertainties affecting the extracted Sivers function is presented, including the low-$x$ and large-$x$ regions.
Recent data on the transverse single spin asymmetry $A_N$ measured by the STAR Collaboration for $p^uparrow , p to W^pm/Z^0 , X$ reactions at RHIC allow the first investigation of the Sivers function in Drell-Yan processes and of its expected sign ch ange with respect to SIDIS processes. A new extraction of the Sivers functions from the latest SIDIS data is performed and a critical assessment of the significance of the STAR data is attempted.
The Bayesian reweighting procedure is applied for the first time to a TMD distribution, the quark Sivers function extracted from SIDIS data. By exploiting the recent published single spin asymmetry data for the inclusive jet production in $p^uparrow p$ collisions from the STAR collaboration at RHIC, we show how such a procedure allows to incorporate the information contained in the new data set, without the need of re-fitting, and to explore a much wider $x$ region compared to SIDIS measurements. The reweighting method is also extended to the case of asymmetric errors, and the results show a significant improvement on the knowledge of the quark Sivers function.
