We present a perturbative construction of two kinds of eigenfunctions of the commuting family of difference operators defining the elliptic Ruijsenaars system. The first kind corresponds to elliptic deformations of the Macdonald polynomials, and the second kind generalizes asymptotically free eigenfunctions previously constructed in the trigonometric case. We obtain these eigenfunctions as infinite series which, as we show, converge in suitable domains of the variables and parameters. Our results imply that, for the domain where the elliptic Ruijsenaars operators define a relativistic quantum mechanical system, the elliptic deformations of the Macdonald polynomials provide a family of orthogonal functions with respect to the pertinent scalar product.

We introduce a new infinite family of higher-order difference operators that commute with the elliptic Ruijsenaars difference operators of type $A$. These operators are related with Ruijsenaars operators through a formula of Wronski type.
We present four infinite families of mutually commuting difference operators which include the deformed elliptic Ruijsenaars operators. The trigonometric limit of this kind of operators was previously introduced by Feigin and Silantyev. They provide a quantum mechanical description of two kinds of relativistic quantum mechanical particles which can be identified with particles and anti-particles in an underlying quantum field theory. We give direct proofs of the commutativity of our operators and of some other fundamental properties such as kernel function identities. In particular, we give a rigorous proof of the quantum integrability of the deformed Ruijsenaars model.
We demonstrate how the Moutard transformation of two-dimensional Schrodinger operators acts on the Faddeev eigenfunctions on the zero energy level and present some explicitly computed examples of such eigenfunctions for smooth fast decaying potential s of operators with non-trivial kernel and for deformed potentials which correspond to blowing up solutions of the Novikov-Veselov equation.
A unified approach is given to kernel functions which intertwine Ruijsenaars difference operators of type A and of type BC. As an application of the trigonometric cases, new explicit formulas for Koornwinder polynomials attached to single columns and single rows are derived.
The present paper is devoted to new, improved bounds for the eigenfunctions of random operators in the localized regime. We prove that, in the localized regime with good probability, each eigenfunction is exponentially decaying outside a ball of a ce rtain radius, which we call the localization onset length. For $ell>0$ large, we count the number of eigenfunctions having onset length larger than $ell$ and find it to be smaller than $exp(-Cell)$ times the total number of eigenfunctions in the system. Thus, most eigenfunctions localize on finite size balls independent of the system size.
