We study $e^{+}e^{-}$ collisions with a $pi^{+}pi^{-}pi^{0}eta_{c}$ final state using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies $sqrt{s}=4.226$, $4.258$, $4.358$, $4.416$, and $4.600$ GeV. Evidence for the decay $zcpmtorhopmetac$ is reported with a statistical significance of $3.9sigma$ with various systematic uncertainties taken into account at $sqrt{s} = 4.226$ GeV, and the Born cross section times branching fraction $sigma^{B}(EEto pimpzcpm)times BR(zcpmtorhopmetac)$ is measured to be $(48 pm 11 pm 11),rm{pb}$. The $zcpmto rhopmetac$ signal is not significant at the other center-of-mass energies and the corresponding upper limits are determined. In addition, no significant signal is observed in a search for $zcppmto rho^{pm}etac$ with the same data samples. The ratios $R_{zc}=BR(zcpmto rho^{pm} etac)/BR(zcpmto pi^{pm} jpsi)$ and $R_{zcp}=BR(zcppmto rho^{pm} etac)/BR(zcppmto pi^{pm} hc)$ are obtained and used to discriminate between different theoretical interpretations of the $zcpm$ and $zcppm$.

The final state interactions (FSI) in Delta S=-1, Delta C=pm 1, decays of B-meson are discussed. The rescattering corrections are found to be of order of 15-20%. The strong interaction phase shifts are estimated and their effects on CP-asymmetry are discussed.
Measurements of $C!P$ observables in $B^pm rightarrow D^{(*)} K^pm$ and $B^pm rightarrow D^{(*)} pi^pm$ decays are presented, where $D^{(*)}$ indicates a neutral $D$ or $D^*$ meson that is an admixture of meson and anti-meson states. Decays of the $D ^*$ meson to the $Dpi^0$ and $Dgamma$ final states are partially reconstructed without inclusion of the neutral pion or photon. Decays of the $D$ meson are reconstructed in the $K^pm pi^mp$, $K^+K^-$, and $pi^+pi^-$ final states. The analysis uses a sample of charged $B$ mesons produced in proton-proton collisions and collected with the LHCb experiment, corresponding to integrated luminosities of 2.0, 1.0, and 5.7 fb$^{-1}$ taken at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, respectively. The measurements of partially reconstructed $B^pm to D^* K^pm$ and $B^pm to D^* pi^pm$ with $D to K^mp pi^pm$ decays are the first of their kind, and a first observation of the $B^pm to (D pi^0)_{D^*} pi^pm$ decay is made with a significance of 6.1 standard deviations. All $C!P$ observables are measured with world-best precision, and in combination with other LHCb results will provide strong constraints on the CKM angle $gamma$.
We search for the M1 radiative transition psi(3686) to gammaeta_{c}(2S) by reconstructing the exclusive eta_{c}(2S) to K_{S}^{0}K^{pm}pi^{mp}pi^{+}pi^{-} decay using 1.06 times 10^8 psi(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector. The signal is o bserved with a statistical significance of greater than 4 standard deviations. The measured mass of the eta_{c}(2S) is 3646.9 pm 1.6(stat) pm 3.6(syst) MeV/c^2, and the width is 9.9 pm 4.8(stat) pm 2.9(syst) MeV/c^2. The product branching fraction is measured to be B(psi(3686) to gammaeta_{c}(2S)) times B(eta_{c}(2S) to K_{S}^{0}K^{pm}pi^{mp}pi^{+}pi^{-}) = (7.03 pm 2.10(stat) pm 0.70(syst)) times 10^{-6}. This measurement complements a previous BESIII measurement of psi(3686) to gammaeta_{c}(2S) with eta_{c}(2S) to K_{S}^{0} K^{pm}pi^{mp} and K^{+}K^{-}pi^{0}.

The analysis of the four-pion $D$ decay mode is the first of its kind.

We report evidence of a narrow structure, $X(5568)$, in the decay sequence $X(5568) rightarrow B_s^0 pi^{pm}$, $B_s^0 rightarrow J/psi phi$, $J/psirightarrow mu^+ mu^-$, $phi rightarrow K^+K^-$. This is evidence for the first instance of a hadronic s tate with valence quarks of four different flavors. The mass and natural width of this state are measured to be $m = 5567.8 pm 2.9 {rm thinspace (stat)} ^{+0.9}_{-1.9} {rm thinspace (syst)}$ MeV/$c^2$ and $Gamma = 21.9 pm 6.4 {rm thinspace (stat)} ^{+5.0}_{-2.5} {rm thinspace (syst)} $ MeV/$c^2$. If the decay is $X(5568) rightarrow B_s^* pi^{pm} rightarrow B_s^0 gamma pi^{pm}$ with an unseen $gamma$, $m(X(5568))$ will be shifted up by $m(B_s^*) - m(B_s^0) sim 49$ MeV/$c^2$. This measurement is based on $10.4~rm{fb^{-1}}$ of $p bar p $ collision data at $sqrt{s}$ = 1.96 TeV collected by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron collider.
