We study the existence and location of the resonances of a $2times 2$ semiclassical system of coupled Schrodinger operators, in the case where the two electronic levels cross at some point, and one of them is bonding, while the other one is anti-bonding. Considering energy levels just above that of the crossing, we find the asymptotics of both the real parts and the imaginary parts of the resonances close to such energies. This is a continuation of our previous works where we considered energy levels around that of the crossing.

This paper is a continuation of a previous work about the study of the survival probability modelizing the molecular predissociation in the Born-Oppenheimer framework. Here we consider the critical case where the reference energy corresponds to the v alue of a crossing of two electronic levels, one of these two levels being confining while the second dissociates. We show that the survival probability associated to a certain initial state is a sum of the usual time-dependent exponential contribution, and a reminder term that is jointly polynomially small with respect to the time and the semiclassical parameter. We also compute explicitly the main contribution of the remainder.
The diffraction spectra of lattice gas models on Z^d with finite-range ferromagnetic two-body interaction above T_c or with certain rates of decay of the potential are considered. We show that these diffraction spectra almost surely exist, are Z^d-pe riodic and consist of a pure point part and an absolutely continuous part with continuous density.
In this paper we provide a detailed description of the eigenvalue $ E_{D}(x_0)leq 0$ (respectively $ E_{N}(x_0)leq 0$) of the self-adjoint Hamiltonian operator representing the negative Laplacian on the positive half-line with a Dirichlet (resp. Neum an) boundary condition at the origin perturbed by an attractive Dirac distribution $-lambda delta(x-x_0)$ for any fixed value of the magnitude of the coupling constant. We also investigate the $lambda$-dependence of both eigenvalues for any fixed value of $x_0$. Furthermore, we show that both systems exhibit resonances as poles of the analytic continuation of the resolvent. These results will be connected with the study of the ground state energy of two remarkable three-dimensional self-adjoint operators, studied in depth in Albeverios monograph, perturbed by an attractive $delta$-distribution supported on the spherical shell of radius $r_0$.

In this paper we consider embedded eigenvalues of a Schroedinger Hamiltonian in a waveguide induced by a symmetric perturbation. It is shown that these eigenvalues become unstable and turn into resonances after twisting of the waveguide. The perturba tive expansion of the resonance width is calculated for weakly twisted waveguides and the influence of the twist on resonances in a concrete model is discussed in detail.
We investigate the distribution of the resonances near spectral thresholds of Laplace operators on regular tree graphs with $k$-fold branching, $k geq 1$, perturbed by nonself-adjoint exponentially decaying potentials. We establish results on the abs ence of resonances which in particular involve absence of discrete spectrum near some sectors of the essential spectrum of the operators.
