Fits to the final combined HERA deep-inelastic scattering cross-section data within the conventional DGLAP framework of QCD have shown some tension at low $x$ and low $Q^2$. A resolution of this tension incorporating $ln(1/x)$-resummation terms into the HERAPDF fits is investigated using the xFitter program. The kinematic region where this resummation is important is delineated. Such high-energy resummation not only gives a better description of the data, particularly of the longitudinal structure function $F_L$, it also results in a gluon PDF which is steeply rising at low $x$ for low scales, $Q^2 simeq 2.5$ GeV$^2$, contrary to the fixed-order NLO and NNLO gluon PDF.

A simultaneous fit of parton distribution functions (PDFs) and electroweak parameters to HERA data on deep inelastic scattering is presented. The input data are the neutral current and charged current inclusive cross sections which were previously us ed in the QCD analysis leading to the HERAPDF2.0 PDFs. In addition, the polarisation of the electron beam was taken into account for the ZEUS data recorded between 2004 and 2007. Results on the vector and axial-vector couplings of the Z boson to u- and d-type quarks, on the value of the electroweak mixing angle and the mass of the W boson are presented. The values obtained for the electroweak parameters are in agreement with Standard Model predictions.

Recent H1 data on triple differential dijet cross sections in $e^pm p$ interactions in the region of low photon virtualities are shown to be in reasonable agreement with the predictions of the NLO QCD calculations obtained using the program NLOJET++. The implications of this observation for the phenomenological relevance of the concept of resolved virtual photon are discussed.

We present a global fit to HERA data on the reduced cross section measured in electron-proton collisions in the region of small Bjorken-$x$: $xle x_0=10^{-2}$ and moderate to high values of the virtuality $Q^2<Q^2_{max}=650$ GeV$^2$. The main dynamic al ingredients in the fits are two recently proposed improved BK equations for the description of the small-$x$ evolution of the dipole scattering amplitude. These two new equations provide an all-order resummation of double collinear logarithms that arise beyond leading logarithmic accuracy. We show that a very good description of data is possible in both cases, provided the parent dipole or smallest dipole prescriptions are employed for the running of the coupling.

This talk covers three contributions from H1: Measurement of the inclusive e^pm p scattering cross section at high inelasticity y and of the structure function F_L, Determination of the integrated luminosity at HERA using elastic QED Compton events a nd Inclusive deep inelastic scattering at high Q2 with longitudinally polarized lepton beams at HERA. These are new measurements mainly based on the full HREA-II data but include also those from HERA-I in the combination whenever it is relevant. The main results of these measurements are briefly summarized here.
We present a global analysis of available data on inclusive structure functions measured in electron-proton scattering at small values of Bjorken-x, including the latest data from the combined HERA analysis on reduced cross sections. Our approach rel ies on the dipole formulation of DIS together with the use of the non-linear running coupling BK equation for the description of the small-x dynamics. With the resulting parametrization we are able to describe the latest FL data measured by the H1 collaboration. Further, we discuss the kinematical domain where significant deviations from NLO-DGLAP should be expected and the ability of non-linnear physics to account for such deviations.
