We present measurements of $ u_{mu}$ charged-current cross section ratios on carbon, iron, and lead relative to a scintillator (CH) using the fine-grained MINERvA detector exposed to the NuMI neutrino beam at Fermilab. The measurements utilize events of energies $2<E_{ u}<20~GeV$, with $left< E_{ u}right>=8~GeV$, which have a reconstructed $mu^{-}$ scattering angle less than $17^circ$ to extract ratios of inclusive total cross sections as a function of neutrino energy $E_{ u}$ and flux-integrated differential cross sections with respect to the Bjorken scaling variable $x$. These results provide the first high-statistics direct measurements of nuclear effects in neutrino scattering using different targets in the same neutrino beam. Measured cross section ratios exhibit a relative depletion at low $x$ and enhancement at large $x$. Both become more pronounced as the nucleon number of the target nucleus increases. The data are not reproduced by GENIE, a conventional neutrino-nucleus scattering simulation, or by the alternative models for the nuclear dependence of inelastic scattering that are considered.

We report a measurement of the flux-integrated $ u_{mu}$ charged-current cross sections on water, hydrocarbon, and iron in the T2K on-axis neutrino beam with a mean neutrino energy of 1.5 GeV. The measured cross sections on water, hydrocarbon, and ir on are $sigma^{rm{H_{2}O}}_{rm{CC}}$ = (0.840$pm 0.010$(stat.)$^{+0.10}_{-0.08}$(syst.))$times$10$^{-38}$cm$^2$/nucleon, $sigma^{rm{CH}}_{rm{CC}}$ = (0.817$pm 0.007$(stat.)$^{+0.11}_{-0.08}$(syst.))$times$10$^{-38}$cm$^2$/nucleon, and $sigma^{rm{Fe}}_{rm{CC}}$ = (0.859$pm 0.003$(stat.) $^{+0.12}_{-0.10}$(syst.))$times$10$^{-38}$cm$^2$/nucleon respectively, for a restricted phase space of induced muons: $theta_{mu}<45^{circ}$ and $p_{mu}>$0.4 GeV/$c$ in the laboratory frame. The measured cross section ratios are ${sigma^{rm{H_{2}O}}_{rm{CC}}}/{sigma^{rm{CH}}_{rm{CC}}}$ = 1.028$pm 0.016$(stat.)$pm 0.053$(syst.), ${sigma^{rm{Fe}}_{rm{CC}}}/{sigma^{rm{H_{2}O}}_{rm{CC}}}$ = 1.023$pm 0.012$(stat.)$pm 0.058$(syst.), and ${sigma^{rm{Fe}}_{rm{CC}}}/{sigma^{rm{CH}}_{rm{CC}}}$ = 1.049$pm 0.010$(stat.)$pm 0.043$(syst.). These results, with an unprecedented precision for the measurements of neutrino cross sections on water in the studied energy region, show good agreement with the current neutrino interaction models used in the T2K oscillation analyses.
Using a custom 3 v{C}erenkov-ring fitter, we report cross sections for $ u_mu$-induced charged-current single $pi^0$ production on mineral oil (chtwo) from a sample of 5810 candidate events with 57% signal purity over an energy range of $0.5-2.0$GeV. This includes measurements of the absolute total cross section as a function of neutrino energy, and flux-averaged differential cross sections measured in terms of $Q^2$, $mu^-$ kinematics, and $pi^0$ kinematics. The sample yields a flux-averaged total cross section of $(9.2pm0.3_{stat.}pm1.5_{syst.})times10^{-39}$cm$^2$/CH$_2$ at mean neutrino energy of 0.965GeV.
Using a high-statistics, high-purity sample of $ u_mu$-induced charged current, charged pion events in mineral oil (CH$_2$), MiniBooNE reports a collection of interaction cross sections for this process. This includes measurements of the CC$pi^+$ cro ss section as a function of neutrino energy, as well as flux-averaged single- and double-differential cross sections of the energy and direction of both the final-state muon and pion. In addition, each of the single-differential cross sections are extracted as a function of neutrino energy to decouple the shape of the MiniBooNE energy spectrum from the results. In many cases, these cross sections are the first time such quantities have been measured on a nuclear target and in the 1 GeV energy range.
We report a measurement of the $ u_mu$ inclusive charged current cross sections on iron and hydrocarbon in the T2K on-axis neutrino beam. The measured inclusive charged current cross sections on iron and hydrocarbon averaged over the T2K on-axis flux with a mean neutrino energy of 1.51 GeV are $(1.444pm0.002(stat.)_{-0.157}^{+0.189}(syst.))times 10^{-38}mathrm{cm}^2/mathrm{nucleon}$, and $(1.379pm0.009(stat.)_{-0.147}^{+0.178}(syst.))times 10^{-38}mathrm{cm}^2/mathrm{nucleon}$, respectively, and their cross section ratio is $1.047pm0.007(stat.)pm0.035(syst.)$. These results agree well with the predictions of the neutrino interaction model, and thus we checked the correct treatment of the nuclear effect for iron and hydrocarbon targets in the model within the measurement precisions.

We report a measurement of the $ u_mu$ charged current quasi-elastic cross-sections on carbon in the T2K on-axis neutrino beam. The measured charged current quasi-elastic cross-sections on carbon at mean neutrino energies of 1.94 GeV and 0.93 GeV are $(11.95pm 0.19(stat.)_{-1.47}^{+1.82} (syst.))times 10^{-39}mathrm{cm}^2/mathrm{neutron}$ and $(10.64pm 0.37(stat.)_{-1.65}^{+2.03} (syst.))times 10^{-39}mathrm{cm}^2/mathrm{neutron}$, respectively. These results agree well with the predictions of neutrino interaction models. In addition, we investigated the effects of the nuclear model and the multi-nucleon interaction.
