A study of $D^+KS$ and $D^0K^+$ final states is performed in a sample of 1.0/fb of $pp$ collision data collected at a centre-of-mass energy of $sqrt{s}=7$ TeV with the lhcb detector. We confirm the existence of the $D_{s1}^*(2700)^+$ and $D_{sJ}^*(2860)^+$ excited states and measure their masses and widths to be {eqnarray} m(D_{s1}^*(2700)^+) &=& 2709.2 pm 1.9({stat})pm,,,4.5({syst}) {MeV}/c^2,cr Gamma(D_{s1}^*(2700)^+) &=& ,,,115.8 pm 7.3({stat}) pm12.1({syst}) {MeV}/c^2,cr m(D_{sJ}^*(2860)^+) &=& 2866.1 pm 1.0({stat}) pm,,,6.3({syst}) {MeV}/c^2,cr Gamma(D_{sJ}^*(2860)^+) &=& ,,,,,,69.9 pm 3.2({stat}) pm,,,6.6({syst}) {MeV}/c^2.cr {eqnarray}

A study of $D^+pi^-$, $D^0 pi^+$ and $D^{*+}pi^-$ final states is performed using pp collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 $fb^{-1}$, collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV with the LHCb detector. The $D_1(2420)^0$ r esonance is observed in the $D^{*+}pi^-$ final state and the $D^*_2(2460)$ resonance is observed in the $D^+pi^-$, $D^0 pi^+$ and $D^{*+}pi^-$ final states. For both resonances, their properties and spin-parity assignments are obtained. In addition, two natural parity and two unnatural parity resonances are observed in the mass region between 2500 and 2800 MeV. Further structures in the region around 3000 MeV are observed in all the $D^{*+}pi^-$, $D^+pi^-$ and $D^0 pi^+$ final states.
A search is performed for $D^{(*)+}_{sJ}$ mesons in the reactions $pp to D^{*+} K^0_{rm S} X$ and $pp to D^{*0} K^+ X$ using data collected at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV with the LHCb detector. For the $D^{*+} K^0_{rm S}$ final state, the decays $D^{*+} to D^0 pi^+$ with $D^0 to K^- pi^+$ and $D^0 to K^- pi^+ pi^+ pi^-$ are used. For $D^{*0} K^+$, the decay $D^{*0} to D^0 pi^0$ with $D^0 to K^- pi^+$ is used. A prominent $D_{s1}(2536)^+$ signal is observed in both $D^{*+} K^0_{rm S}$ and $D^{*0} K^+$ final states. The resonances $D^*_{s1}(2700)^+$ and $D^*_{s3}(2860)^+$ are also observed, yielding information on their properties, including spin-parity assignments. The decay $D^*_{s2}(2573)^+ to D^{*+} K^0_{rm S}$ is observed for the first time, at a significance of 6.9 $sigma$, and its branching fraction relative to the $D^*_{s2}(2573)^+ to D^+ K^0_{rm S}$ decay mode is measured.
A measurement of four branching-fraction ratios for three-body decays of $B$ mesons involving two open-charm hadrons in the final state is presented. Run 1 and Run 2 $pp$ collision data are used, recorded by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass ener gies $7$, $8$, and $13$ TeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $9$ fb$^{-1}$. The measured branching-fraction ratios are [ begin{eqnarray} frac{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*+}D^-K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^+to kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em D}{}^0 D^0 K^+)} &=& 0.517 pm 0.015 pm 0.013 pm 0.011 , frac{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*-}D^+K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^+to kern 0.2emoverline{kern -0.2em D}{}^0 D^0 K^+)} &=& 0.577 pm 0.016 pm 0.013 pm 0.013 , frac{mathcal{B} (B^0to D^{*-}D^0K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^0to D^- D^0 K^+)} &=& 1.754 pm 0.028 pm 0.016 pm 0.035 , frac{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*+}D^-K^+)}{mathcal{B} (B^+to D^{*-}D^+K^+)} &=& 0.907 pm 0.033 pm 0.014 ,end{eqnarray} ] where the first of the uncertainties is statistical, the second systematic, and the third is due to the uncertainties on the $D$-meson branching fractions. These are the most accurate measurements of these ratios to date.
The first measurements of the coherence factor R_{K_S^0Kpi} and the average strong--phase difference delta^{K_S^0Kpi} in D^0 to K_S^0 K^mppi^pm decays are reported. These parameters can be used to improve the determination of the unitary triangle ang le gamma in B^- rightarrow $widetilde{D}K^-$ decays, where $widetilde{D}$ is either a D^0 or a D^0-bar meson decaying to the same final state, and also in studies of charm mixing. The measurements of the coherence factor and strong-phase difference are made using quantum-correlated, fully-reconstructed D^0D^0-bar pairs produced in e^+e^- collisions at the psi(3770) resonance. The measured values are R_{K_S^0Kpi} = 0.70 pm 0.08 and delta^{K_S^0Kpi} = (0.1 pm 15.7)$^circ$ for an unrestricted kinematic region and R_{K*K} = 0.94 pm 0.12 and delta^{K*K} = (-16.6 pm 18.4)$^circ$ for a region where the combined K_S^0 pi^pm invariant mass is within 100 MeV/c^2 of the K^{*}(892)^pm mass. These results indicate a significant level of coherence in the decay. In addition, isobar models are presented for the two decays, which show the dominance of the K^*(892)^pm resonance. The branching ratio {B}(D^0 rightarrow K_S^0K^+pi^-)/{B}(D^0 rightarrow K_S^0K^-pi^+) is determined to be 0.592 pm 0.044 (stat.) pm 0.018 (syst.), which is more precise than previous measurements.

We have searched for CP violation in the charmed meson decays $D^{+}_{(s)}to K^0_Spi^+$ and $D^{+}_{(s)}to K^0_S K^+$ using 673 fb$^{-1}$ of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+e^-$ collider. No evidence for CP vi olation is observed. We report the most sensitive CP asymmetry measurements to date for these decays: $A_{CP}^{D^+to K^0_Spi^+}=(-0.71pm0.19pm0.20)%$, $A_{CP}^{D^+_sto K^0_Spi^+}=(+5.45pm2.50pm0.33)%$, $A_{CP}^{D^+to K^0_S K^+}=(-0.16pm0.58pm0.25)%$, and $A_{CP}^{D^+_sto K^0_S K^+}=(+0.12pm0.36pm0.22)%$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic.
