We develop a second-microlocal calculus of pseudodifferential operators in the semiclassical setting. These operators test for Lagrangian regularity of semiclassical families of distributions on a manifold $X$ with respect to a Lagrangian submanifold of $T^*X.$ The construction of the calculus, closely analogous to one performed by Bony in the setting of homogeneous Lagrangians, proceeds via the consideration of a model case, that of the zero section of $T^*mathbb{R}^n,$ and conjugation by appropriate Fourier integral operators. We prove a propagation theorem for the associated wavefront set analogous to Hormanders theorem for operators of real principal type. As an application, we consider the propagation of Lagrangian regularity on invariant tori for quasimodes (e.g. eigenfunctions) of an operator with completely integrable classical hamiltonian. We prove a secondary propagation result for second wavefront set which implies that even in the (extreme) case of Lagrangian tori with all frequencies rational, provided a nondegeneracy assumption holds, Lagrangian regularity either spreads to fill out a whole torus or holds nowhere locally on it.

We look at the long-time behaviour of solutions to a semi-classical Schrodinger equation on the torus. We consider time scales which go to infinity when the semi-classical parameter goes to zero and we associate with each time-scale the set of semi-c lassical measures associated with all possible choices of initial data. On each classical invariant torus, the structure of semi-classical measures is described in terms of two-microlocal measures, obeying explicit propagation laws. We apply this construction in two directions. We first analyse the regularity of semi-classical measures, and we emphasize the existence of a threshold : for time-scales below this threshold, the set of semi-classical measures contains measures which are singular with respect to Lebesgue measure in the position variable, while at (and beyond) the threshold, all the semi-classical measures are absolutely continuous in the position variable, reflecting the dispersive properties of the equation. Second, the techniques of two- microlocal analysis introduced in the paper are used to prove semiclassical observability estimates. The results apply as well to general quantum completely integrable systems.
We prove semiclassical estimates for the Schrodinger-von Neumann evolution with $C^{1,1}$ potentials and density matrices whose square root have either Wigner functions with low regularity independent of the dimension, or matrix elements between Herm ite functions having long range decay. The estimates are settled in different weak topologies and apply to initial density operators whose square root have Wigner functions $7$ times differentiable, independently of the dimension. They also apply to the $N$ body quantum dynamics uniformly in $N$. In a appendix, we finally estimate the dependence in the dimension of the constant appearing on the Calderon-Vaillancourt Theorem.

We study the continuity in weighted Fourier Lebesgue spaces for a class of pseudodifferential operators, whose symbol has finite Fourier Lebesgue regularity with respect to $x$ and satisfies a quasi-homogeneous decay of derivatives with respect to th e $xi$ variable. Applications to Fourier Lebesgue microlocal regularity of linear and nonlinear partial differential equations are given.

We revisit the paper [Mel86] by R. Melrose, providing a full proof of the main theorem on propagation of singularities for subelliptic wave equations, and linking this result with sub-Riemannian geometry. This result asserts that singularities of sub elliptic wave equations only propagate along null-bicharacteristics and abnormal extremal lifts of singular curve. As a new consequence, for x = y and denoting by K G the wave kernel, we obtain that the singular support of the distribution t $rightarrow$ K G (t, x, y) is included in the set of lengths of the normal geodesics joining x and y, at least up to the time equal to the minimal length of a singular curve joining x and y.
In this paper we outline the construction of semiclassical eigenfunctions of integrable models in terms of the semiclassical path integral for the Poisson sigma model with the target space being the phase space of the integrable system. The semiclass ical path integral is defined as a formal power series with coefficients being Feynman diagrams. We also argue that in a similar way one can obtain irreducible semiclassical representations of Kontsevichs star product.
