Abstract in English
The aim of the study was to compare the clinical and radiographic
changes between conventional implant and immediate implant
placement after tooth extraction. Ten patients of both sexes( 6male,4
female) included in this study were received 20 implants. Each patient
received two implants in the posterior region of the mandible . Dental
implants were installed in the same surgical procedure , One of the
implants was placed immediately after tooth extraction (test group )
and the other one was placed 6 months after the extraction (control
group ) .
